Hi folks, thought I might try something new & give you a snippet of my project before you get to see the whole thing. :)
This week the lovely ladies at JAI have a colour challenge & they have provided these pretty, pastel colours to whet your crafting appetite:-
Do you remember the flower pot cards that were all the rage a while ago? Well, I decided to make a mini version, using these sweet colours & the petal cone die from SU.
Here's my little flower pot (with magnetic strips attached to the back of the pot, so the recipient can display it on their fridge/filing cabinet):-
The flowers are all attached to the card insert, & it looks like this once it's opened:-
ETA: If you would like instructions on how to make the flowerpot, please go to this post.
Here is an upscaled version I made for the lovely Bronwyn Eastley, who is the "Queen of Easel Cards":-
Card Components (All SU)
Cardstock: Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party, So Saffron, Certainly Celery, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Sentiments (just for you), Texture Jumbo Wheel
Ink: Pool Party, Crumb Cake
Other: Petal Cone Die, Blossom Party Die, Scallop Circle Punch, Dimensionals, Linen Thread, Jewellery Tag Punch, Clear Bitty Buttons, Circle Punch from Bitty Punches, 1.3/8" Circle Punch, Wisteria Ruffled Ribbon
